Chiropractic Helped my Shoulder

by Cindy Miller

A few years ago my shoulder stopped functioning properly. It was hard for me to brush my hair, wash myself, just do normal things. It was painful, to the point that I almost couldn't move it or lift it.

I tried a medical doctor first and he gave me a few steroid injection shots that relieved some of the pain, but I still couldn't move my shoulder much and the pain came back.

I decided to give the chiropractor a call. He explained to me that I had a condition called frozen shoulder. He said he see's cases like me all the time.

He took x-rays and did some tests and started moving my shoulder around in ways I didn't know it could move. It did some adjustments and worked on my muscles. I went to him a few times a week for a month and each time I would get less pain and more movement in my shoulder.

Right now, I have no pain and almost complete motion of my shoulder back. It's Great! Chiropractic is for real!
