Top Chiropractic Techniques

Chiropractic techniques are taught all over the world and every chiropractic college has a different set they teach their students. Therefore, every chiropractor is different and every D.C. utilizes their favorite techniques.

The main technique across the world is called Diversified technique it is taught at every college that I know of, so it's universal across the land. At Logan College, the college was founded on Logan Basic Technique and the core technique is Diversified. Logan also teaches many others as electives. There are literally hundreds of techniques so this makes choosing one difficult at times. Techniques range from machine assisted such as activator or pro-adjuster to Gonstead and Cox flexion technique.

Here is a list of the most used and most popular techniques:

-Activator Chiropractor and Methods
-Active Release Technique (ART)

-Applied Kinesiology

-B.E.S.T.
-Cox Flexion Distraction
-CMRT
-Diversified

-Gonstead Chiropractic Technique
-HIO
-Motion Palpation and the Functional Model

-Sacro Occipital Technique
-Thompson Technique

When a Chiropractor decides on which Technique to use they will perform a Chiropractic Adjustment.
